Fernando Henry Moon

Lawyer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1985. Master in Business Law Universidad Austral 1993.

He has been an advisor to companies providing public services, he has developed within them in the legal department. He has participated in Sindicaturas. Likewise, he worked as a lawyer in the labor area in different law firms and unions.

Languages: Spanish and English.

 

Florencio Naughty

Lawyer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1998 with orientation in Public and Administrative Law. Specialist in Public Law from the University of Paris.

He worked for the Judiciary in the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction. He has been an advisor to the Secretary of Justice and Legislative Policies of the Ministry of Justice. He currently advises the National Treasury Attorney on issues related to international lawsuits before the ICSID. Coordination of the electricity and natural gas sectors.

He is a professor of Administrative Law and the author of legal articles in legal books and journals. Languages: Spanish, English, French, and Italian.

Christian Dougall

Born June 4, 1952. Graduated as a Lawyer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1981; with additional studies at the University of Texas at Dallas (USA) - Academy of American and International Law by the Institute for International and Comparative Law of the Center for American Law, 1987; Michigan State University (USA) - Fundamentals of Public Utility Regulation, 1995; Harvard Law School (USA) - Program of Instruction for Lawyers, 1997; IAE - Universidad Austral Business School - Management Development Program, Project Management, 1998, University of Dundee (Scotland) - "Natural Gas Negotiations and Contracts", 2001.

He has extensive professional experience in business and commercial advice, with solid knowledge of the Regulatory Framework that governs the activity of Natural Gas developed as legal manager of a company that provides public services. He has advised on International Tenders for the execution of large infrastructure works and has intervened in international arbitrations carried out within the framework of the ICSID. His time as a partner in an important law firm has allowed him to develop his experience in the negotiation and resolution of conflicts and litigation.

Peter Gradin

Lawyer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2007.

He has developed his activity in the field of Administrative, Business and Civil and Commercial Procedural Law.
